Providence Health & Services Data Specialist / Accounts Payable (Full-Time/Days) - ElderPlace in Seattle, Washington
Providence is calling a Health Plan Data Analyst (Hospital Administration G A, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence ElderPlace in Seattle, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Conduct Adult Family Home, Assisted Living Facilities payments which will include the following:
Facilitation of proper housing vendor payment set-up and maintenance with AP.
Tracking and application of accurate payment in conjunction with participant utilization status.
Housing vendor customer service regarding payment issues.
Coordination of AFH vendor direct deposit (ACH) paperwork set up with AP.
Providence ElderPlace-Seattle (PEPS) Participant Utilization tracking
Submit Prescription Drug Event (PDE) and Risk Adjustment Processing System (RAPS) Files through GenTran Mailbox.
Return/Error and PDE Trans Validation Files – simple/eligibility error correction (DOB, HICN, PBP level) and Resubmission via Gentran Mailbox (CMS).
Required qualifications for this position include:
Proficiency with MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Accounts payable experience
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and vendor relations skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
3 years experience in health care industry
Medicare Advantage and/or health plan experience
